Why our price is less than half theirs

The hardware is a commodity. The two valve brands that matter, Clack and Hankscraft, and the resin and carbon inside the tank come from the same manufacturers the national brands use.

What you pay the big brands for is their sales process: the in-home appointment, the water test theater, the commissioned closer. That can be thousands of dollars per sale in overhead. We quote over the phone, install with licensed local plumbers, and pass the difference to you.

Your water system can also maintain itself. The tank flushes automatically. You add salt a few times a year, bought at any hardware store. We will never charge you a monthly fee to do things you can do yourself. If you would rather we handle filters annually, that is an optional $150 service, not a contract.

Heavy white limescale crusted on a chrome faucet spout

Riverside water: 12 grains per gallon. Very hard.

Anything over 10.5 is "very hard." It is why your fixtures spot, your water heater and dishwasher die early, and your skin feels dry after a shower.

PFAS in regional wells. "Forever chemicals" have been detected in wells across the Inland Empire. Ask us and we will pull the public EWG report for your zip code and walk you through it before you spend a dollar.

How install day happens

  1. Today
You send the form, or call or text.

Five minute conversation. We confirm you own the home, city or well water, where the system goes, and whether you have had a quote before. If you have another company's water test, send it and we quote against it.

  2. This week
    Pick an install day.

Usually within the week. Most installs go in the garage at your main water line and take about four hours.

  3. Install day
A licensed plumber installs it in one visit.

You pay on install day. $2,999, nothing before and nothing after.

A brushed-nickel reverse osmosis faucet filling a glass at a white kitchen sink

Drinking water gets its own faucet

The reverse osmosis system goes under the kitchen sink with a dedicated faucet, so the water you drink and cook with is filtered again past what the softener and carbon already handled.

Only want the drinking water side? Say so on the form. We will quote that honestly rather than upsell you into the whole system.

Fair questions

Is this really the same as the $6,999 system I was quoted?
The core components are comparable: same valve brands, same media types, installed by a licensed plumber. What differs is what you are not paying for.
Who does the install?
Independent licensed plumbers we partner with. Their license and their reputation are on every job.
What if I have a private well?
Wells need a proper water test before anyone should prescribe a system. We will point you to a third party test first, then quote from real numbers.
Do you service what you install?
Yes. Filters, salt delivery, and annual checkups are available as optional services, priced fairly. Nothing is mandatory.
Will someone come to my house to sell me?
No. The only visit is the install. Quotes happen by phone and text, and the first call after your form is an automated assistant confirming four facts.
